Internal Account Manager

We require a self-motivated, driven internal Account Manager who enjoys and thrives on challenges. You must be skilled in using tools such as Excel and Outlook along with the ability to quote small and large business opportunities accurately first time. The role will require you to use your business knowledge to encourage increasing buying patterns from existing clients and to encourage new clients to join our ever growing customer base.
Having experience in B2B or the reseller channel would be an advantage, but you should also have a natural ability to develop new openings, communicate effectively at all levels and have a degree of technical knowledge of the products and services offered and be able to work under pressure and time constraints. The role supports fantastic career progression.

KEY ROLES

  • Have a good level of business acumen and be able to understand the customer objectives
  • Have excellent Office (especially Excel) skills
  • You will be target driven and money motivated
  • Excellent negotiator, be energetic and self-motivated
  • Proven ability to drive and develop markets and new business alongside maintaining established customers
  • Be a clear communicator as you must be able to relate technical concepts to non-technical people
  • You will need to be logical in your work, have excellent problem solving, team working and interpersonal skills
  • Based in and around the Midlands geographic area
